One of the biggest incidents that have happened for this subject was the Michael Brown case. One day, the young black American Mike Brown was at a convenience store and was caught stealing cigars, the owner called the police, and officer Darren Wilson showed up alone in his vehicle. As Mike Brown was confronted by the officer Darren Wilson, Brown put his hands up and was unarmed, next thing you know Mike Brown is dead on the ground with seven bullet wounds all over his body. The people that have witnessed Mike brown’s death, were claiming that Mike Brown has had his hands up, and was not at anytime a threat to anyone that was there including officer Wilson, and they also said that killing him was completely unnecessary and not right. But on Officer Darren Wilson's side of the story, Mike Brown try to get Officer Wilson while he was in the car and was running towards him while he was outside of the car, and claims that he only shot him for his own safety. Personally I Believe that Officer Wilson was not shooting at the victim to stop them from running towards him, he was trying to kill the victim,this was an easy opinion for me to make because Officer Wilson has fired 12 shots, and has struck Brown with seven bullets, and the average person that would be to defend themselves from somebody else would be because that person is armed, which Mike Brown was not, and also the average person that would be trying to defend themselves from someone else would shoot the person Max three or four times, but Darren Wilson fired his weapon 12 times at somebody who was not even armed. Which is why I find it injust the officer Wilson has not gotten his sentence for his actions.
